Professional attorney and real estate broker Kirk Brannan was born and raised in the state of Texas, his home for much of his life and his professional career. Born in San Antonio, Brannan has lived in the communities of Freeport, Surfside Beach, and Lake Jackson, Texas, his current home. He is a graduate of Brazosport High School, earning his diploma as a member of the top 10% of the 1972 graduating class.
